Toc H (Southern Africa) is an association not for gain.  

The staff report directly to a Board of Directors. Sub-committees include a National Executive and South African Council. 

"Toc H is one of the oldest non-profit organizations in South Africa.  Its members have ensured that Toc H has a proud record on consistently providing uninterrupted social service to the poor and disadvantaged since 1925."
